The International College of Provincial Archbishops is the supreme council and magisterium of the worldwide Communion. Its purpose is to provide governance, representation, and oversight for all jurisdictions of the Confessing Anglican Church. Through unified vision, encouragement, and strategic coordination, the College fosters cooperation and growth—so that the Church may faithfully and fruitfully fulfill the Great Commission.
The International College of Provincial Archbishops guides the global vision and priorities of the Confessing Anglican Church. It establishes doctrinal standards and canon law, confirms the election of Bishops, and authorizes the formation of Provinces and other international jurisdictions and ministries. As the Communion’s highest level of governance and accountability, the College ensures unity, fidelity, and oversight across the Church worldwide.
