Archbishop Misael Carmenates reports that, “Our chapel roof is almost finished! Thanks to all the good-hearted people who made this dream come true!”
The people of our church in Cuernavaca Morelos have been working with diligence to add a roof onto the facility that has been built. We currently have approximately 40 families that comprise this growing congregation. The task is about 85-90% complete, and only the final few feet of metal remain to be installed.

Protecting the congregation from the heat of the sun
Rev. Hugo Mendiola, the Priest in Charge of our church in Cuernavaca Morelos said, “I am very happy because it is a dream of more than 9 years of waiting, we will no longer be under the sun’s rays. The estimated total of beneficiary families is 40, and it will protect our congregation of approximate 250 people from the hot sun.”
