The 2026 International Synod will be hosted in Chennai India. The exact location of the facility will be disclosed to registrants, but will not be given out publicly so that proper security can be maintained.
Global Anglican
Communion
A major focus of this year’s Synod will be welcoming Anglican leaders from across India (and the globe!) for prayerful conversation regarding the Global Anglican Communion as recognized by GAFCON, and how we may walk together in solidarity, mutual support, and shared commitment to biblical orthodoxy.
TEACHING & TRAINING
The Synod will feature plenary addresses, theological workshops, clergy formation sessions, and opportunities for international partnership.
RELATIONSHIPS
From the one-to-one friendships that will be formed and strengthened as we invest in one another to the global relationships we continue to build, you’re sure to make plenty of new connections. We’ve planned time for prayer and fellowship to grow the relationships within the body of Christ.
Also, help us create the structure that will allow us to encourage and support one another as we return to our ministries and mission fields.
